Chocolate brownie with peanut butter and nuts

INGREDIENTS (for 6 portions)

3 eggs
250gr demerara sugar
135gr chocolate
170gr butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter
75gr flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
75gr chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and beat well.
3. Melt the chocolate and butter and incorporate it into the egg mixture.
4. Then add the peanut butter and stir again.
5. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until well connected.
6. Add the nuts and slowly incorporate them into the mixture.
7. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the mixture and bake for about 35 minutes.
