INGREDIENTSB
150 gr almond flour
125 gr diced butter
100 gr demerara sugar (split into 70g for the crumble and 30g for the fruit)
Salt
900 gr diced apple
Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 200º C.
2. Place the flour and 70gr sugar in a bowl with a little salt and mix well.
3. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the bowl with the flour. Rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles sand. Set aside.
4. Cut the apple into small cubes. Mix with the remaining sugar and the cinnamon. Pour the fruit into an oven tray.
5. Pour the dough on top - this doesn't have to be perfect. The more rustic, the better.
6. Cook in the oven for around 30 minutes, or until golden.
