From Brazil, Ricardo Stella decided to devote himself to his passion and hobby after more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. This is how it acquires training at the Gastronomic Accademia of Brazil where it reinforces the bases of traditional cuisine and dominates the techniques of modern gastronomy and the flavours of the world, with a declared love for the flavours of Italy.

The calling for the kitchen and his entrepreneurial side led Chef Ricardo to launch his own business in the area of corporate events and private chef, still in Brazil.

But family ties to Portugal and a taste for cuisine from the "Old Continent" brought Ricardo to Porto, who after a gastronomic learning trip through Italy joined Supper Stars to indulge in an international cuisine seasoned with dedication and friendliness.
