A culinary graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu school, the Chef moved his life and family to Aveiro where he decided to pursue a master's degree in Languages ​​and Culture and where he eventually opened his restaurant - Burger Bar 43.
Along the way are countries like the UK where he graduated and worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant The Square, France, Hungary and Poland, allowing him to create a unique and varied flavour experience.
For Chef Pery, the most important thing is the harmonization of all the flavours and textures in the dish, even if in one recipe you find elements from countries as distinct as Brazil and Hungary.
