Foi me oferecido um workshop online com a Chef Carla Medeiros no qual tive a oportunidade de aprender a fazer um dos meus pratos favoritos, uma cataplana algarvia! Para além de extremamente paciente comigo, que pouca ou nenhuma prática tenho na cozinha, a Chef é uma simpatia. Recomendo!

A chef Carla é muito simpática e atenciosa, foi um jantar muito agradável e cheio de sabor. Os temperos da Chef levaram-nos a uma viagem de sabores. O serviço foi muito bom, recomendo vivamente. Muito obrigado pela experiência.

Chef Carla was simply wonderful. The table was set and dinner was served just as though we were at a restaurant.  Carla explained each course which really added to the experience. Carla left us with a spotless kitchen and tummies full of the most comforting and homely food. Thank you so much for such a special evening.

FORMIDÁVEL! Recebemos a Chef Carla Medeiros em casa que nos fez a melhor comida e serviço que podíamos ter. Este serviço foi super simpático, profissional e de certeza que repetimos. No final, deixaram tudo ainda mais limpo do que encontraram! Obrigado!

Carla did a custom menu for us and I have to say everything was delicious and well executed, food was served on time and she was delightful to have in our home. Having used a few different private chefs over the last year I can say she has been the best. She left our kitchen spotless and everything was clean and put away at the end of the night. (Something I have not always found to be the case with others) it made for a wonderful night and I would definitely use her services again as well as recommend her to others.

Carla was fantastic from start to finish and she left the place spotless when she left. The salmon course with the purple sweet potato mash was simply divine, as was the chocolate mousse. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

The Chef will contact you to agree on the time of arrival and changes to the menu as per your preferences, and to learn about your kitchen and equipment, as well as about any dietary restrictions, to ensure the best possible experience. When the date comes, the Chef will arrive at the agreed time with all the necessary ingredients, will prepare and serve the meal, and clean the kitchen in the end.
The selected menu does not include drinks, nor the service of drinks. If you want a selection of wines specially paired with your menu, our partner Garrafeira Nacional can respond to your request and deliver your wines. We can provide this and other services, such as meals for children, waiting staff, tableware, decoration (tables, chairs), bar service and venues.
