O Chef António foi simpático, bem disposto, profissional, e apresentou um menu irrepreensível, cheio de pormenores que elevaram a experiência gastronómica (e a noite de amigos!) para um patamar muito elevado.

Tudo fantástico, nada a apontar. Fui surpreendido com duas entradas de um nível muito, muito elevado. Os pratos e a sobremesa estavam igualmente top.

Grilled lettuce heart salad, radishes, peas, new potatoes, cream cheese and ricotta and lemon vinaigrette
Main Course
Lamb hand and breast with a 5-spice crust, coral lentils, leek fondant and romesco

Lemon and sour cream mousse, wet polenta cake and orange and rosemary fudge
The Chef will contact you to agree on the time of arrival and changes to the menu as per your preferences, and to learn about your kitchen and equipment, as well as about any dietary restrictions, to ensure the best possible experience. When the date comes, the Chef will arrive at the agreed time with all the necessary ingredients, will prepare and serve the meal, and clean the kitchen in the end.
The selected menu does not include drinks, nor the service of drinks. If you want a selection of wines specially paired with your menu, our partner Garrafeira Nacional can respond to your request and deliver your wines. We can provide this and other services, such as meals for children, waiting staff, tableware, decoration (tables, chairs), bar service and venues.
