Chef António was born in Brazil but considers that Portugal and England are also the countries that raised and trained him.
Although his mother is a full-fledged cook and that he loved the preparations for family reunions, being a Chef was not the obvious career for Antonio, who only later in London decided to study cooking and become a Chef.
He has worked in a few Michelin star kitchens, such as St. John's Restaurant in London and D.O.M Restaurant in Sao Paulo.
Then in Portugal the Chef opened the restaurant Cavalariça in the village of Comporta which he led for 3 years, this allowed him to create a network of enviable suppliers throughout the Alentejo, as well as to know in depth the available Portuguese products.
After this time in Comporta, Chef António was in Lisbon for a while as Head Chef of the restaurant Insólito, however, life in the city became small and he decided to set out to discover Asia with a clear mission: to connect people through his food.
In January 2018 he founded Two Pack Travel and travelled through countries such as Nepal, India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, now back to Portugal he devotes his time to the project Two Pack Kitchen.
The desire to meet people is what drives him as well as the taste for the unexpected and the unknown, which is why he wants to provide unique and real experiences in the private homes of the Supper Stars customers.
